I also swam and went to the gym a few times a week. With my second pregnancy, my time was at more of a premium, but I still managed to walk home from work most days and walk the dog for miles and miles on the weekend. I could easily have stood for 15 minutes and, actually, many lower back issues suffered by women in pregnancy have to do with sitting in office chairs for too long; standing helps.
